Positive: Environment-friendly---e.g. waste-free breakfast option since customers choose what they would like to eat instead of offering a buffet style. Reserved time slots for hot bath and sauna. Superb cottage vibe and amazing ambiance with its amazing structural wood features. Loved the spaciousness in the Kröne suite and the reading area where our breakfast was served. Last but not least -- the picturesque view from the balconies!
Negative: Would like a towel holder near the bathroom sink area for ease of wiping hands after washing instead of drip drip drip while heading towards the towel bar hanging beside the toilet from behind or having to step back, make way to close the door in order to use a towel that I hung behind the door. The lack of a shelf near the bathroom sink to put toiletries or a cosmetic bag was rather inconvenient.
