Positive: The place is very cute: the owners is a family of artists that filled the hotel with paintings statues and mosaics. There are more in the beach as well, together with a toboggan, and chairs to relax while watching the sea. The food is good as well. Perfect for a pause before proceeding with your travel, even just to eat.

Negative: Nothing major. The bed did a lot of noise and since we were sleeping with our toddler I didn't sleep well because I was scared to wake him up. There is no common area where to relax outside the room while baby is asleep.

Positive: Great location on the shore of the St. Lawrence river. Interesting art installation on the shore and grounds. Beautiful art for sale in the art gallery. The auberge (inn), restaurant, and art gallery are all in the same building. There are only 10 rooms in the auberge, and we had a room with a canopy bed overlooking the river. Everyone spoke English. Good breakfast was included. We also had a good supper there - but it's very busy, so make a reservation. There was free on-site parking.

Summary: Great auberge. Really enjoyed the art installation and gallery. Would definitely stay here again.
