Full kitchen for cooking complete meals also completely remodeled with high end built in appliances and all the kitchen tools and appliances you'll need.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront home in the wonderful beach community of Sunset Beach is ready for you and your family/friends to make lifelong memories in! In addition to direct beach access from your deck on the sand, also enjoy a private sand recreation area. Home is fully furnished.
Two spacious bedrooms, two bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room with a large flat screen TV, and laundry in the garage with direct access to the home. Also enjoy the very large beachfront deck complete with private heated spa, hot water shower, and private sand pit recreation area.
Additional amenities include WIFI, cable TV, washer and dryer, and two reserved parking spaces (1 in the garage and 1 in front of the garage). There is also ample public/overnight parking along the green belt directly behind the home. The home includes everything you will need for an enjoyable stay including a fully equipped kitchen and premier linens for your comfort.
Sunset Beach, commonly referred to as the hidden gem of Orange County, is nestled between the beach cities of Seal Beach to the North and Huntington Beach to the South. Only a few minutes drive away in either direction keeps you close enough to enjoy what each town has to offer while also being just far enough away to avoid the crowds that are inherent to these popular beach cities. As such, the sandy beaches of Sunset Beach see a fraction of the crowds with just as much beauty and serenity. As an added bonus, the calm waters of Huntington Harbor are just a short walk away across Pacific Coast Highway where you can enjoy paddling boarding, kayaking, or even a relaxing Duffy ride while exploring the many channels of impressive yachts and waterfront estates.
Additional activities include, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, sailing, volleyball, and other beach games. Also enjoy miles of beachfront bike rides along the boardwalk that stretches from Sunset Beach to Huntington Beach through Bolsa Chica State Beach. There is even some fantastic hiking at the nearby Bolsa Chica Wetlands Ecological Reserve.

There are two bedrooms that share a full Jack and Jill bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom at the front of the house near the garage. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace make up the great room that opens up to the large beachfront deck, private spa, sand recreation area, and direct beach access.

Summary: A true gem, located on the sands of Sunset Beach, and pet friendly. As described in the list, we found no issues at all with our stay. Tyler is a great communicator and took care of anything we asked about. We were looking for a place to spend the holiday week, with our two dogs, on the beach. This place hit all the marks for us. The sand pit for the dogs works great. The "back yard" are is completely enclosed, so you dont need to worry about the dogs escaping. The back deck, which leads up to the chairs on the sand, all make the stay perfect. All of the furnishings are kept up to date and, while a beach house, everything works as expected. Would highly recommend this property, and we will be back.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beach house. It was quiet and a perfect location literally on the beach. Backyard gate opens right up to the sand and down to the beach so we couldn’t have asked for more. There is a built in sand pit that was great for the kids to play with the toys already there on the property. House was walking distance from everything we needed and we bbqd for everything else. Tyler was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had as well as provided suggestions for bike rentals as well as restaurants and coffee shops to go to. Only minor issue we had was there was an ant issue but Tyler was upfront about it and handled it after our stay. We were able to make it work no problem so truly minor. We plan on coming back and highly recommend this property for anybody looking for a quiet stay on the beach with their friends or family. Neighbors were also very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: I took my three children under 10yrs of age and dog to sunset beach and truly enjoyed our stay. Tyler was accommodative to our ask to bring our dog and our option to obtain entry an hour early to enjoy the beach. The kids loved the proximity to the beach and the house layout with bunk beds was great for kids. The parking was ample and safe with friendly neighbors. Ability to open sliders kept a cool breath throughout the split home. Our kids and dog very much enjoyed the small sand area in the evenings.
