Positive: The location was great - heart of downtown, close to shops, restaurants, beach, river etc. The building felt safe and secure. The shared amenities including rooftop pool were very nice. Nice views from apartment which was also very modern, clean and had good amenities provided.
Negative: The key issue I have with this property - and a reason I wouldn't recommend it nor stay again - is that there is nowhere to store luggage on the day of check-out. You have to leave by 11am and there is no storage space in the building. If you are travelling and have luggage this is far from ideal (as it was for us as a family of four travelling internationally). For the (high) price charged for the stay, this was a basic service I assumed was included. It was also not clearly apparent when I booked that it wasn't included and it wasn't until the end of my stay when I checked the small print and called the host that I found out. Also, I had completed all the check-in processes but the doorman hadn't been given the green light from Cloud9 so he wouldn't give us the keys at check-in. We had to call Cloud9 and await an exchange of emails while we waited in the lobby. Finally, the eye mask and ear plugs next to the beds were a giveaway! The rooms don't have blackout blinds so rooms are really bright early in the morning (why not just replace them?) and the air con in the master room was very noisy.
Summary: Great location and lovely rooftop pool but lack of luggage storage means I wouldn't book again

Positive: The apartment has a stunning view of the city, and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Charlie was a great communicator and was available for questions whenever we needed. Would definitely stay with Cloud 9 again.

Negative: It was a little difficult to check in. The guard at the desk said he had no record of our stay. We had to call cloud 9. The guard was aloof and rude. We finally got it settled when he reluctantly gave us the number to call. He expressed his reluctance in our presence.
