Positive: The rooms are clean and comfortable, and mine had a pretty view. It was also close to the locations I needed to access and near a transport line
Negative: The “refrigerators” meant to be in the bedroom don’t work (not just in my room, in all of them—according to both the staff and several colleagues that were staying in the hotel as well). This is a serious problem if you have medication that needs to be kept cold like and/or if you were relying on being able to keep groceries in your hotel. Additionally, I do feel like I was scammed by hidden fees. When I checked in, I was expected not only to pay a $100 card hold but also $250 in random fees (the fees were obviously not returned like the card hold). My hotel room only cost $500 in the first place so this was a serious expense that I was not expecting. Lastly, some of the staff were wonderful but a handful were rude and dismissive. Overall a very frustrating experience. I will also say, that the $25 a night “urban fee” is an incredible rip off. All it really gets you is one “free” plastic cup of cheap wine a night, unless you want to pay them more money use the spa and sushi restaurant (in which case you get a very small discount that is also not worth it). Given all of this, I would not recommend a stay here.
Summary: Rooms are clean and comfortable, but I feel scammed overall.

Positive: The rooms are near-perfect - spacious, comfortable and very very clean. The hotel's staff is friendly and easy to reach out to, always happy to help out. The location is great too - close to all your needed restaurants (Old Town), shops (Mag Mile) and the beach.
Negative: The parking situation could be a little better - the one right next door is a little pricy but we found a great option two blocks down on 1350 LSD. You can hear most-everything from the room right next - however we only experienced this for a moment.

Positive: The room was clean and fair for the price I paid
Negative: I was disappointed they didn’t have my booking.com reservation on file. That’s concerning to me having used booking.com for years. It just so happened they had rooms available so price matched me for what booking.com had offered me for a room here, but when you’re out of town the last thing you want to hear upon arrival is that the hotel doesn’t know about your reservation.
