Positive: The location is excellent for those who want to combine beach holiday with sightseeing (Ravenna). Very friendly staff.

Negative: Ugly building from the 70's or 80's. No basic things, like salt, oil, sugar or coffee, were available in the apartment.

Positive: Fantastic location, right next to a sandy beach with facilities. The apartment was clean and comfortable for a family of 4, like ours. Free parking space is also a plus. The beautiful historic Ravenna is close by, too, if you're inclined to do some sightseeing.

Negative: The kitchen equipment could be improved, especially the glasses, plates and cutlery. Also, neighbours can sometimes be noisy at night, but I guess that's the beauty of such places anyway, and no fault of the hosts.

Positive: It has a very good location, just 100 metres from the beach. Apartment was very clean, and staff was very helpful. There are free parking places outside. You can use the washing machine downstairs in the laundry..

Negative: Toilette was in the shower, it was very uncomfortable to take a shower.

Positive: The beach is one minute walk from the property, but we didn't stay during the summer. Nice place, value for money, free parking, comfortable, quiet (out of season, though, I can't say how it is in full season), great location, excellent bus connection to Ravenna. The manager has an office on the premises and is always willing to help.

Negative: Maybe the kitchen can be better equipped with the utensils.
