Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Our room was very, very cold. Even though the radiators were on, the rooms were freezing. What’s more, the radiators switched off in the middle of the night. We tried to heat the room with the fireplace until morning, but it didn’t help. There was a door in our bathroom that we didn’t know where it led to. It was locked, but we didn’t know what was behind it. The lock on the door leading to the garden was faulty. We didn’t feel safe at all whilst sleeping. It was also very cold. The hotel is luxurious, the staff are very good, but the facilities are very poor. Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel a low rating...
