Summary: Breakfast was great , just on the rooms they could a bit make some changes. For example would be great if on the bathroom door to have some hooks where you can hang up your towels or your clothes . Not place everything on top of the toilet lid. Otherwise we liked our stay. And would definitely stay again in the near future.

Summary: The property is nice, clean, and comfortable. Three of us stayed in the Williams cabin. One guest used the fold out couch and said it was comfortable enough. The bathroom is off the bedroom so the extra person had to enter the bedroom to access it. The kitchen had basic utensils, etc. The continental breakfast offered enough selections to make all of us happy. It was a nice place for the price.

Summary: The Authors Guest House is the most amazing place we have ever stayed in. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating to our need to check out remotely. The cottage that we were in was super comfy and cozy. Everything was relatively close to the cottage. The most stressful part of Key West is finding parking and even that was made easy for us!

Summary: Wonderful little slice of island paradise! The small cottage and property were nice, cozy, and a great price. Nothing fancy or brand new. We stayed in the Williams cottage and loved our own, private porch and a place to cook if we wanted to make our own meals. The property grounds were tropical with lush plants and landscaping and small pool. The property had breakfast in the morning, which was nice to have a quick bite. There was also ice with filtered water available near the office, providing convenience and keeping us hydrated without having to use a lot of water bottles. We would recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, reasonably priced space that provides a quiet, private space.
