Negative: The Garage door key , was given me hard time to work .. Staff helped with that. Toilet in the downstairs wasn't flushing properly.

Positive: The house is very organized, with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and supported us really well during our time at the house Location is easy to access.
Negative: Some beds are not comfortable. It was a little tight for our group of 12 people.

Positive: The house was beautiful, modern, clean, exactly like the pictures, really spacious and well equipped. The outdoor area was also lovely with lots of plants and attention to detail. Check-in instructions were very precise so we had no problem finding everything.
Negative: The neighbors were blocking the gate a couple times which was a complication, but everytime we asked them they moved their cars, so it was okay in the end. The neighborhood was also quite noisy during the day. The washing machine wasn't working properly during our stay and we were relying on it. We managed to get it to work after many many tries. Keep in mind to also bring your own detergent, we had to go buy some.

Positive: The house itself was extremely clean with beautiful rooms and beautiful bathrooms and a kitchen that comes with all the appliances. The beds were really comfortable as well as the pillows. The location is in the heart of South Central and it was convenient because there were a lot of good food options nearby.
Negative: The lockbox was very hard to work. Even typing the code in correctly, I had to struggle to get it open and for some reason, on the final day of our stay, the original code to the house was not working for some reason. In the future, I hope that it does not happen again, but aside from that, everything was very nice.
Summary: It was a great experience in the most beautiful city in the entire world, Los Angeles.
