Positive: It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house itself is lovely with stunning view of LA. The host, TJ, is very friendly and made us feeling like at home, a lot of interesting talks, details are well-taken care. We would like to come back when we next time visit Pasadena.

Positive: Felt at home. Breakfast was excellent. Host was very personable and informative. Quiet area....very peaceful. And of course THE BEST Lemon drops! We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it.
Negative: Too short of a stay! ;) We shared a jack and Jill bathroom with others staying in the room next door.... and you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom. But honestly ....every other positive outweigh this small negative. Totally loved staying here.
Summary: Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, entertaining, relaxed, and TJ makes THE BEST yummy lemon drops!
