Positive: Sandra was extremely professional, has excellent customer service and was very respectful. I'll always visit there and won't hesitate to recommend the place to friends and other people. The location was great and the facility was good
Negative: The security personnels were not opening the gate for us, on two occasions my husband had to slid his hand inside to get the gate opened while they were inside their office watching. That needs to be addressed, other than that, the place was a 10. Will definitely come back 🥰

Positive: The location of the home was perfect as we needed to be near the Embassy and airport. The apartment building is quiet and there's a locked gate security on duty.
Negative: The host provides very little amenities. No, towels/ washcloths; which isn't mandatory, but would've been nice. There were also no extras given; such as bottled water, welcome snacks, etc; again not mandatory, but would've been nice. There was a limited amount of toilet paper.
Summary: Property is overall nice and comfortable.

Positive: Perfect location, very spacious rooms, responsive staff, working elevator so you don’t have to carry your bags upstairs at least.
Negative: The ACs in our rooms were a bit old.
Summary: Amazing! Our host was superb! She was very responsive at any time and provided everything we needed.
