Positive: -> Fantastic breakfasts based on Greek cuisine, delivered to the room every day (on time) -> Stunning view of the Caldera - one of the best on the entire island -> Large terrace with a pool (although it was sometimes difficult to have a bath due to windy weather, this was by no means the property’s fault) -> High-end cosmetics in the shower -> Comfortable, large bed -> Excellent service - they helped us choose attractions and restaurants, answered all our questions, and Xhuljana was especially helpful -> Very clean - the room was cleaned whenever we needed it -> A special mention for allowing us to check in 4 hours early (morning flight) – we’re very grateful for that
Negative: -> Weak Wi-Fi - it often disconnected -> At the beginning of November, the terrace is in the shade for about 90% of the day. Nevertheless, these are just small details - everything else was great. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

Positive: The property was beautiful inside and outside! Views are amazing! Perfect location away from the highly touristy areas but close enough to explore everything. One of our favorite stays in Europe! Penelope was very helpful!!
Negative: The only negative would be that the Cleaning service, and pool/maintenance staff come onto the property at any time. It was a very private location, besides this, never knowing when someone would pop up. It would have been nice to know what time exactly staff would enter, since it was multiple times per day.
Summary: The location was perfect. This stay captured the magic of our honeymoon and so happy we chose Avatar!

Positive: Very responsive staff - we were traveling with an infant and were allowed to stay for a few hours and were given directions to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was great. The room was very tnty, the view from the terrace was insanely beautiful.
Negative: Cold hot tub, plus it had sand in it and had to cover it overnight to keep it stlnly cool.
