Summary: All the staff at the hotel were super friendly and polite. The room was very clean, and it was attended to each day (a rarity these days). The property was centrally located. We particularly appreciated the on-site, off-street complimentary parking!

Summary: My stay was okay, we stayed one night. The staff were nice and friendly. My only complaint was the beds were not comfortable.

Summary: We were very disappointed with the room view—it was facing a plain wall, with no view of the street or even the sky. It felt claustrophobic, almost like being in a prison cell. The fitness center had a good range of equipment, exceeding our expectations in terms of variety. However, most of it was poorly maintained. The elliptical machine made loud noises, and the Smith machine was wobbly. A little maintenance could go a long way here. On the positive side, the front desk was quick and helpful, and the room was clean and well-kept.

Summary: Did not get a reminder from Hotel.com but got this survey instead. Front desk is a nice girl but a young staff guy we met at the elevator is not friendly or no greeting at all. Everything is fine but the old sheet needs to replace with the brand new sheet cuz it's kinda rough not smooth. Overall is ok.

Summary: Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is ok, they remodeled it so the interior actually ok. It’s a whatever neighborhood but you get free parking. There may be a chance the parking garage full. The only thing bothered me what the thin wall, especially from upstairs. I also heard person from next door snored. Other than that, everything is fine.
