This is the lake experience that everyone wants. Located in a wooded area & has a private shoreline on the big part of the lake. Come enjoy this wonderful two-level lakefront home with 3 regular bedrooms, a HUGE Loft Bedroom with a Queen bed & Queen sofa-sleeper and a sunroom with twin trundle beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the main level and a 3rd bathroom in the loft. Located down a small stretch of a gravel road.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers
and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

Summary: This is the second year we have stayed here for Thanksgiving! Very secluded and overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again in the future.

Summary: We really enjoyed this large house for a long weekend stay. Everything was clean and the home had a significant amount of cooking utensils. Very private. Would stay here again!

Summary: The deck was wonderful, plenty of chairs, grill and a great view of the lake. Very short walk to the water. This home has so much potential however, the furniture is very old, sofa and two chairs sink in and really needs a large wrap around sofa and perhaps a big chair. Just not enough seating for the advertising for 12 people. Many of us had to sit in kitchen chairs to all watch a movie. The bathroom towel situation fell short. Only one bath towel per person for 5 days, and the towels were very small and thin. Really need rubber bath mat for safety. The kitchen had very old and scratched skillets, several knives had rust, none were sharp. The fireplace doesn't have a fire grate so we constantly had hot logs falling out onto the hearth. We had an issue with a breaker switch but Allison, property manager, came right away and fixed it. She was very responsive to all of our questions. We would consider staying there again if the above problems were taken care of, especially the furniture.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the property! The house was very clean, every kitchen item you may need was there. It was just our family of 4, but the house could accommodate more people with plenty of space, the size is deceiving in the pictures! I was so impressed with the updated flooring downstairs, carpet was going and replaced with vinyl hardwoods, so easy to sweep up anything the kids or dog tracked in. The wifi worked great, but couldn't get the cable/DirectTV to work. Not an issue at all for us, didn't report it. We just logged into our Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video accts- so we were all set. Gorgeous view, beautiful, clear water. Easy walk to the water. Would highly recommend staying here, if you're thinking about it.

Summary: The property was clean, well organized. We were there for a holiday, and there was plenty of room for everyone to visit, plus areas to have time to themselves. Just what I was expecting, and more. Follow directions carefully, as it is not on any of the major roads!

Summary: This Home is a must stay! Beautiful very private setting with your own Boat Dock, we will definitely book again, One thing not mentioned or shown in the pictures is the very spacious showers! I am a Big Man and very much appreciated the LARGE SPACE IN THESE SHOWERS! we stayed with Family over Thanksgiving and prepared the traditional thanksgiving meal with no issues! the wrap around deck with bbq grill is great, The Fireplace was very inviting on one particularly cold day! the only negative we could find would be The beds were very stiff, however we advised the reality office of it. We would really like to thank the Owners of this wonderful Lake Home for Sharing it with Us!!!!! Tim Wiseman and Family Blanco Tx.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Avery acres! I liked how easy it was to walk to the water and was and even better drive to get to the house. The only thing we didn’t like was how hard it was to get your vehicle turned around when you got down to the house. It was nearly impossible with a boat trailer. We also wish it had more of a swimming dock.
