Summary: The only thing I didn't rate was comfort. That was all on the beds. Way too soft and caused some back discomfort. Little to no support.

Summary: My stay was great, and my only complaint would be that the air conditioner didn't maintain the correct temperature in the room. I woke up sweating several times throughout the night. The shuttle was easy to get and didn't take too long. I like that they offer complimentary coffee and hot tea.

Summary: Check in and check out was easy. Staff was friendly. Our room and all common areas were exceptionally clean. The Breakfast buffet had lots of options including hot breakfast sandwiches or wraps. 24 hour fresh coffee, water or sparkling flavored water dispenser. Close to Logan Airport and the T terminal. They offer shuttle service but we didn’t need it.

Summary: I wasn’t expecting much for an airport hotel but it was so good I returned on the same trip! The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed, breakfast had plenty of options and the complimentary coffee and drinks in the lobby really made it. Great shuttle to and from the airport which really helped me decide to book this hotel in the first place.

Summary: I wish I got the receptionist name but anyways she was great and so nice. My flight was delayed I got in later than expected and was exhausted so having late check out as an option is amazing.
