Negative: Unfortunately, what I did not appreciate the way I was initially treated when calling to request shuttle service pickup from the airport. First, the (female) person who answered the phone abruptly put me on Hold, not once, but TWICE. If she would have been professional, she would have calmly and succinctly asked: "Would you please hold? I shall attend to you, but there are other customers ahead of you." I would have been fine with that, and allowed for a certain time of being placed on Hold; but, no, thats not how it turned out. I was able to speak with someone at 436pm. She sounded like the woman who abruptly put me on Hold, and she quickly denied it. This other staff person was treating me like I was supposed to know where the shuttle was to pick me up; her attitude only added to this colorful yet unprofessional picture. I had asked for a turn around time, but that was not addressed as it should have. So, I go outside of Door B116 as rudely directed. This completed phone call occurred at 436pm; I did not get picked up until 515/520pm. This is suboptimal. Was the driver notified promptly? I worked in hospital for 30 years; attitude is everything. This experience for a shuttle service request was the worst; I hope to never experience this again. My check-in could have been better received because a male staff person thought that he could be disrespectful to me, too.

Negative: The pool was NOT heated as advertised, the hot tub was shut down and being renovated. None of these problems were advertised on the web site. My son and I had to spend the whole day in our rooms instead of enjoying the pool as we planned before his flight the next morning. I am super disappointed in the fact that the reason I chose to stay here was because of the indoor heated pool and that was not available to us.

Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of items. Always appreciate the shuttle.
Negative: The halls were dirty and the hotel needs refreshing, carpets are a bit threadbare. The hotel was overpriced given it's condition.
