Summary: We love AVID. No carpet on the floors to worry about what’s lurking there. Check-in was easy even though the clerk acted like he wished he was anywhere else but at work.

Summary: Check-in at front desk was quick, easy, and friendly. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room at this Avid Hotel location. Floors were very sticky from whatever cleaner they use. Room also had not been dusted recently and dog hairs were left on window seal above a/c unit and other areas. Fingerprints were left on mirror. After such a long trip, I did not want to ask for a room change. The bed was comfortable and did get a good night's sleep. Always enjoy Avid's breakfast options.

Summary: Stayed as a half way point between Nebraska and Colorado. Was impressed with everything at the hotel. Clean, modern, loved that there was no carpet, staff fabulous. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: I had high hopes for this place. Rated good, newer hotel. First impression all looked clean from quick glance. Got to the hotel late, quickly brought our things to the room and headed to the pool with the kids. Came back to room for showers and realized how disgusting the bathroom actually was - little left over hairs everywhere, pink mold in the shower, snot drops on the shower walls - So gross. Bedside table very clearly not wiped off, sticky residue. One of the dirtiest room's I've stay in but at that point with tired little kids, it was too late to ask to change rooms. Bed sheets seemed clean and trash cans were emptied, but that's about it. We literally all wore our sandals in the shower and in the room, didnt touch a single thing we didnt have to. Definitely won't stay here again.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Beds and pillows comfortable. This is our second time staying at the Avid hotel and since we had a very good experience the first time we decided to stay again.

Summary: Hotel is average, king bedroom is very small like a box, bathroom was dirty i couldn't even take a shower...hair and bugs on the floor and hair and dirt in the shower. Decent food options close by. Guy at front desk was nice.
