Summary: Great place in the heart of downtown Hays. James was very accommodating, and the property is beautiful. The yard area was sublime, very well manicured with a great seating area. The loft seemed brand new, with everything we needed.

Summary: My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Kansas City. Hays is a perfect halfway meeting spot for us. We were able to meet for the weekend and stay here. The Condo was very clean, updated and comfortable. The owner was very quick at responding to any questions that I had. Wonderful time!

Summary: My mom and I thought the place was immediately clean, decorated adorably, and had very comfy beds. They had everything you would possibly need to cook in the cute kitchen. It was quiet and we both got a great night sleep. It was in a very safe neighborhood and across the street from the Fire department. The outside sitting area was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay immensely. Girls weekend, enjoyed Rock Haven Spa. The food in Hays was excellent. Location of the VRBO was ideal and great family to work with. Definitely would recommend. We’ll be back
