Summary: Pleasant house in a quiet cul-de-sac with a pretty garden and secluded outside seating area. The loaf of bread and complimentary dessert wine were nice touches. There is a/c in the living room but the bedrooms only have fans. There are two electric bikes, but if you are more than 6ft tall you may not be able to raise the saddle high enough.

Summary: Great location, plenty of nice touches with chocolates on arrival, Muscat to sample and all amenities to make the stay so enjoyable. Quiet area although close to wineries and main street which puts Avino in the ideal location. Thank you Terri for allowing us to stay and for all the nice touches.

Summary: My friends and I booked this house as we were visiting a few wineries over the long weekend. As soon as we entered the door it felt like home. We had all of the comforts, it was warm, beautifully furnished and just amazing. The walk into town was an easy 10-15 minutes which is completely unnoticeable when you're having a beautiful stroll and chat with friends. Terri, our host, was very gracious with the instructions as well. I highly recommend a stay at Avino!

Summary: Avino Rutherglen was a perfect place to stay it was amazingly well equipped with just about everything one needs for a weekend at Rutherglen wine country. House is beautifully furnished, clean and very comfortable with air conditioning and fans and a nice big TV.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Avino. We found the location very central and spent most of the time walking into town which was about 15-20 mins or to our favourite wineries Jones and Anderson (20-30 mins) Easy drives for those who may not walk as much. The location is also very quiet and peaceful. We loved basking in the sunshine in the back courtyard. Good ammenities at the house that we used in our longer stay such as washing machine and BBQ. Having bikes was a bonus. Only disappointing part for me was having no dishwasher but this can’t be faulted as it’s true to the listing. Would definitely return to this prime location.

Summary: A tastefully decorated house in a quiet area. Walking distance to town and a short drive to wineries. We had a fantastic stay with our family of 5. There are two bikes with helmets, a BBQ, a lovely garden and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. We would stay here again.
