Summary: Great apartment in one of the best locations in Avoca. Unit block was very quiet when we stayed and pool, games room, sauna & gym facilities lovely and clean and well maintained. The apartment could do with a deep clean of the balcony and under the couches and it would have been great if the bathroom fans worked but everything else was super clean and working well. Maybe some fan for the 2 smaller bedrooms needed as it was so hot and there was no air flow, and make sure you bring all your own basics like salt and cooking oil! Otherwise a pretty good stay :)
