Summary: This apartment is very conveniently located to a nice local commercial district, walkable with good dining options. Easy, secure parking at the premises. The accommodations are very clean!, comfortable, and quiet. The host was most gracious in accommodations and answering any need we had. This is somewhere we'd certainly stay again with no hesitation. Happy and grateful. Host "T" is the best.

Summary: This place was amazing. I love how they kept the original 1900s look with a touch of modern. This place was absolutely beautiful. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was great. It’s perfect for late night strolls and shopping. I will for sure book this beauty again when we return to Florida

Summary: This spot has historical charm vs generic style interiors which I loved. It’s safe, blocks from beautiful Avondale village for walking & river waterfront nearby. If you like neighborhoods with charm, this is it. The space itself is quite large & roomy too.

Summary: This little apartment was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable! It was everything we needed and in the perfect location. It was a quick walk to fabulous restaurants and in the most charming area of town. The host was kind and helpful and provided lots of little appreciated touches - such as snacks, tea & coffee with sugar & creamer, small toiletries, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, plenty of towels, little blankets, a hair dryer, and even an air mattress (and although that wasn’t anything we needed, I thought it was a nice amenity). I appreciated the historic charm of the property and the neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Summary: The location of the apartment was good. Close access to the highway and easy to find. We had some trouble getting access to the apartment at first because we weren’t given the correct lock code to the door and the property manager wasn’t available for a short amount of time. After we got in touch with her, all went well. The also was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. All the needed amenities were there!

Summary: Perfect location in the heart of Avondale, Jacksonville. This rental was great for my wife and I to explore this unique area of Jacksonville. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants on St John Street and a short drive from the Riverside Art Market. I highly recommend this property for any visit to the area.
