Aamazing waterfront vacation home away from home located on Oneida Lake in Central New York. Our newly renovated lake house is located off a quiet neighborhood street in Billington Bay on the South Shore of Oneida Lake, only 20-25 minutes from Syracuse, NY.
Experience spectacular views of the lake from nearly every room, watch the sailboats and wildlife drift by from the tranquil back deck, and enjoy the large yard with breathtaking sunsets. The large 64’x4’ private dock will give you direct access to the lake and all of the activities it provides, including: excellent fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating, and more!
The Property is fully furnished and equipped and features beautiful hardwood floors, full eat-in kitchen, spacious living room, private home office, laundry room, walk-in closets, master with stunning views and en-suite, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths total.

Summary: We really enjoyed the amazing hospitality during our stay. I've stayed at several VRBOs and I've never had them supply 'nice' toilet paper and paper towels. Let alone other products. It was a nice change of pace. It was great to be close, but not too close, to Clay/Syracuse. The home also did a great job keeping up with the stifling heat. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a nice lakefront view, but nothing to far out of town.

Summary: Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only complaint is no window coverings on the back side of the house so if you are shy, you need to get dressed in the closet or bathroom.

Summary: My buddies and I enjoyed the stay at this house. It was conveniently located next to the boat launch and lots of space to spread out. Also loved the long driveway for parking two boats and three cars… Super convenient would highly consider staying here again .
