Lake house with lakefront guest cottage, covered patio, and firepit. The main house includes 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room, and a game room with billiard table and wet bar. The guest house offers two bedrooms, and is separate from the main house, providing a perfect private space for guests away from the main house. The property includes an available jet ski lift, as well as kayaks for more casual boating on the lake.
Located on the quiet northwest side of Eagle Mountain Lake, this house offers convenient access to shopping and local attractions while providing a relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood between Azle and Boyd. We are eight minutes from stores and restaurants in Azle, just five minutes from A&M Gardens, 30 minutes from Texas Motor Speedway, 40 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, and 45 minutes from DFW International Airport.

Summary: Great home with plenty of things to do on the lot. Beds are comfortable for everyone. Big patio with shade from the sun. Great view from the dock of the lake. Will rent that home again in the future.

Summary: Overall we were comfortable with our stay, and enjoyed the variety of things to do. We were disappointed that there was not enough bath linens, 3 adults staying in the guest house and all that was provided was a hand towel and one wash cloth. Those staying in the main house had a similar experience. Very little toilet paper was provided. There was a a Family Dollar and Dollar General close by to get toilet paper and ice. We also had some issues with the house and guest house staying cool.

Summary: With living / entertaining space downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, & a separate guest cottage … the layout of this property worked wonderfully for our family! Parking more than 2 cars was challenging, but we knew that up front & made do. It’s a lake house, but the cob webs & spiders did feel a little excessive … mostly at ceiling fans & outdoor furniture. Despite our best efforts we never located a dust pan & ultimately had to craft one out of a paper plate. Jeffrey was very responsive to questions & overall we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The house was very hospitable. Large kitchen with lots of seating and plenty of sleeping space. The game room was fun and the lake front was beautiful. I wish I had known that all the bedrooms in the main house were upstairs. This was an inconvenience for our elderly parents. Especially with no railings on the first few steps nor on the concrete steps out the back door. Parking was challenging but we knew that up front. However it proved even more so by all the neighborhood activity and construction down the street.

Summary: Jeffrey was very easy to work with and very responsive. The house has lots of conversation areas and even a closet with games for all ages.

Summary: We are professional entrepreneurs looking for a nice lake side place to stay a few days on Eagle Mountain Lake. This property has provide those accomodations and we have visited 3 times. The last time we were here the owner gave us a 1 star which I disputed because there was no evidence to back up that poor rating. But we decided to try again since the property is exactly what we need. The lawn was not mowed, the towels were not washed, but we pushed past little things like that and did the laundry. We made sure to clean everything before check out but outside of that it was a vert quiet few days. I dont have an issue with staying here in the future if I feel like we are being credited for the cleaning and support help we provide. If this owner gives us a bad rating this time we will never come back and make sure no one else we know ever does either.

Summary: Well-stocked and very comfortable beds! Outdoor gathering places are both covered and uncovered. Indoors there is a pool table, foosball table, and card table. There are also two TV locations one for the kids and one for football watching. Plus plenty of places to eat. Very large kitchen island for prep work. There is a main refrigerator, beverage fridge (freezer on bottom), and small fridge in the guest house. Nice comfortable furniture with 2 chairs to look out into the back yard from inside. We are planning to stay again next year!
