This property is our third Northern Michigan lake property, bringing a dozen years of experience cultivated on Walloon Lake to the beautiful blue waters of Lake Charlevoix.
The main level features an open concept living area with comfortable seating, a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances – all with great views of the lake. The expansive deck provides a wonderful outdoor living space with ample seating and a retractable overhead awning to allow the option of sun or shade on those wonderful warm and sunny northern Michigan summer afternoons. The private dock offers a convenient boat slip and a great place for the family to enjoy the lake! Located on a private, tree-lined road on the east side of the South Arm. The South Arm is known for its traditionally calmer water, which is perfect for water skiing, wakeboarding, pulling towables or just cruising, while it is only a short ride to the main body of the lake and Boyne City, Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Our home is just a short drive from the charming town of East Jordan and nearby Boyne City and is close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, including hiking trails, golf courses, and local wineries. You'll also be within easy driving distance of Charlevoix (via the historic Irontown Ferry), Petoskey, Traverse City, and Boyne Mountain.
