Warm and Sunny,North facing comfortable holiday home, Nicely furnished, spacious holiday home. Not ideal for Small Children. Great car parking areas. Bush walkway to Main Street, Cafes, Restuarants, and shops etc. Warm in Winter, Cool in summer, with heat pump and log fire. Flat screen TV, SKY TV , Home Theatre with DVD player, DVD library, Unlimited WiFi. Close to boat slip. Sunny decked areas and Sheltered BBQ area. Road incline giving great views across valley.

Summary: Great stay in Akaroa, house was tidy and well kitted out. Only drawback was that we were unaware that the house was situated on a very steep road which would have been useful to know prior to booking.

Summary: Just as I had expected with no surprises. Certainly very good location and next to native forest which was nice. Well kitted out but not able to use either of two TVs and caretakers did not know anything about them. This did not bother us as the weather was good for the duration of our stay. Kitchen worked well. All in all we were happy with the house. Thankyou.
