A ground level Mother-in-law's apartment with a million dollar view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer, living room with gas fire place and reclining couches, kitchen with all of the tools need to make a home cooked meal (You bring the food) Just 15 minutes to sundance a great place no matter what the season is, winter has skiing, both day and night, you can also snow shoe. Summer offers horseback riding, hiking, shopping, fly fishing, Ziplines shows and etc.
Fall is bursting with Provo canyon colors and the leaves are falling. Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking.
Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away
You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house.
come and enjoy our neck of the woods! We do have a steep driveway that might be hard for elderly folks, but the view is spectacular!

Summary: Location is Great. Near Provo Canyon in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beautiful yard and surroundings. Parking is a bit interesting as the property is on the side of a high steep hill. We loved our relaxing stay here.

Summary: It was the perfect location. Close enough to the mountains for hikes and scenic drives as well as shopping/dining. Lots of little touches to make it like being at home. Enough blankets, towels, pillows and all the things needed to stay warm and cozy on the snowy days. Got our groceries at Harmons and fell in love with that store - great variety! Ate at Bangkok Wasabi which is Thai & Sushi and had Pad Kee Maow, Shashimi and Green curry. Service and food was great! Also tried Joes Cafe for breakfast/brunch and it was delicious with fast friendly service. Teresa is super helpful and kind. We'd stay again! Thank you Teresa!

Summary: Our stay was super nice! We were impressed with some thoughtful details like mini magnetic flashlights in the rooms in case of power outages, complimentary shower amenities, lots of cooking equipment, and a closet full of other amenities in case any were forgotten. The space did tend to run cold, so just be prepared to have the thermostat up high if you stay in the winter. Definitely not a bad thing though as the gas fireplace connected to the thermostat provides a really lovely ambiance. Be prepared for the steepest driveway you’ve ever seen, but the view from the house that overlooks the city below and the mountains is just absolutely stunning. If you’re like us and were nervous about being two girls renting a basement unit for the first time, fear not. They have sealed off the door connecting the upstairs and downstairs with a countertop breakfast seat area, which really made us comfortable. We had one little hiccup when the host had forgotten she had an appointment to get something done with the house, but she was so accommodating and kind that she bought us coffee to make up for it. Overall, an awesome stay and we would stay here again. (: Thank you, Teresa!!
