Positive: Friendly staff and were so kind to set up an anniversary deco for our arrival with swan towels. Also on the day of our exit they did a similar thing which was completely unexpected. The room was cleaned daily with toiletries refilled and stacked daily.
Negative: Nothing much comes to mind other than maybe providing bath robe as complimentary for use in swimming pools.

Positive: Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety, with something to suit everyone’s taste. A special mention goes to Titon, who delighted us every day with creative towel figures on our bed — these little surprises brought so much joy to our child. We would also like to sincerely thank Bandita, who went out of her way to arrange a late check-out for us due to our late flight, which made our departure so much easier. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!
Negative: The location is not the best, as there isn’t much to do or see around the hotel area. However, the hotel itself has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
