Positive: Clean, close to airport, shuttle was great, breakfast is very good and bed comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly

Negative: The electronic door keys kept blocking us from entering the room. Had to go get it reprogrammed every second or third time opening the door. Terrible system

Positive: It was very nice and clean, has a modern look. Beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

Negative: It’s a little far from the center of Madrid- but we we’re leaving the next day for the airport so for us it was ok.
