Positive: Great location in the centre of the old city, close to the market, the cathedral, the art gallery (which is superb) and the opera house.
Negative: Rather tricky to unload bags and check into the apartment if you come by car. You have to find the apartment and the keys for the building and then the apartment before also getting the keys to the garage, which is about 350m away up a slight hill.
Summary: We loved Oviedo - one if not the most enjoyable stays on our trip around Northern Spain

Positive: The city of Oviedo is beautiful. I was not expecting it to be that beautiful. Is calm, historically interesting, walkable and very pleasing. The apartment was great. Very well equipped and it would be difficult to find a better location. Big plus that it has its own parking place.
Negative: I always prefer when I meet someone face to face. However, we did not have any problem with our host. The communication was excellent and the instructions to access the apartment were clear and given in time.
Summary: Great place in a beautiful city!

Positive: Location was great with easy access to grocery store, the old town and the many cafes and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
Negative: Collecting the door key from the lock box was fine although finding the garage and off loading our luggage at the apartment was a little tricky as the garage was further away than anticipated and the apartment was located in a pedestrian zone.
Summary: Would be happy to stay again :)
