Summary: Amazing location, comfy bed, great AC in room, nice pool, beach badge included. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Though the rooms appear to have been newly renovated, the work wasn’t great. There was clear water damage and poor repairs. Our toilet overflowed and we were just offered a plunger to fix ourselves. We then spent all our towels cleaning the water off the floors. When asked for additional bedding, staff appeared annoyed by giggling out of disbelief. The hotel restaurant food options were limited for kids and bread for sandwiches were not fresh. Our family who were also guest, weren’t offered beach badges as we were and weren’t offered parking (probably due to limited availability but they were elderly and treated differently than we were). The best part of the hotel is the location, as we were able to utilize hotel parking the entire stay access the boardwalk right off the hotel.

Summary: Very friendly and attentive staff. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and accessible.

Summary: The property is obviously older. There were some upgrades that helped make the place better (like the shower) but doesn't fully conceal the age. Most importantly to me was that it was clean. I will take old and clean over anything dirty.

Summary: It was rainy weather so not the best but the hotel made up for that. In periods when the rain stopped we could use their pool. They also had a live band there in their restaurant one night so that was entertaining! My granddaughter forgot a piece of clothing and they contacted right away and made arrangements to get it back. Maryanne stayed in contact the whole time! Went above and beyond! It was a great hotel!

Summary: Cons - We found a half eaten melon in our room when we checked in. The lights from the ferris wheel was very bright at night time when trying to sleep and there were no blackout curtains It was just blinds. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pool is not heated. Pros- close to the beach and the boardwalk in a very nice location. The shower was very nice It had different amenities to it. The staff overall seemed friendly.

Summary: We loved bring right off the boardwalk. The restaurant changed owners and we couldn’t enter from the hotel area this year. There was mold all over our shower curtain, not the cleanest hotel but stay here for convenience and the front desk staff are excellent.
