Positive: It was very clean and the apartment is huge. Corner stores are convenient and the location is good. There are security cameras everywhere and the place felt safe.
Negative: My daughter stayed with friends and had fun but the owners are very strict. Fees are very high for everything - lost keys, parking pass, security deposit all around a few hundred dollars. I get it they want to keep the place clean and safe but it was a bit much.
