Summary: Azur exceeded all out expectations, which were very high considering the price. But their service exceeds world class luxury hotels, the unit is amazing with so many thoughtful touches to truly pamper you in luxury. Location is beautiful with amazing views, and it's truly relaxing. We really didn't want to leave and definitely want to return. It is well worth the price. Their breakfast, afternoon tea & canapé are delicious, everyone on staff are extremely friendly and responsive, and their car service to town makes it possible for you to not have to have a car during your stay. I've stayed in many very nice hotels around the world and I have to rank Azur at the top in terms of how they pamper you & surround you with luxury. The massage therapists from mobile massage - Indulge - are some of the best we've experienced. We had two Japanese masseuses for a couples massage and they were fantastic. The staff at the hotel are mostly from other countries and it was fun to talk to them. They're all very kind and well trained. I highly recommend Azur.

Summary: Really professional and excellent customer service during our stay. The view outside of our window was breathtaking. Nice and clean facility, quiet and have a good sense of taste. Friendly staff members. Great they offer transportation to the city area, with very flexible time. The only thing can be improved is the hair dryer. We loved our stay with Azur and would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Queenstown

Summary: The Azur and all of its staff lived up to expectations and more. The villa was excellent and the view was magnificent. We would definitely recommend the Azur and will attempt to stay again on ournext trip to Queenstown. Sweet As!
