The one bedroom suite was impeccable—extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed to truly feel at home, paired with gorgeous views. Summary: I was welcomed by Mr.Ray, he was very professional and friendly! But throughout my stay the fire alarms went off 3 times, my room had no service, the phone to the hotel stopped working and the housekeepers were rude. The knock at the door was viscous as if there was an emergency and when we said we don’t want any services she was unhappy/annoyed. When asking for a late checkout they only allowed us one hour. The food was good but menu was very limited. Location and room was nice and view was beautiful but not my favourite place to stay. 4/10. Experience could have been better.

Summary: Everything was good and staff was very helpful even at night. Something to note; we had an insect party; cockroach at reception , spider in the room (our towel) and a housefly in our cup. Maybe it’s a Bermuda thing with insects!
