Positive: Location was spectacular with a beautiful view of Hamilton. Plus, it was very close to the Belmont ferry and bus routes on Middle Rd.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect !!

Summary: Breakfast was a joy since we shared information & experiences with the other guests.

Positive: Beautiful interior design and good size rooms. Large bathroom looked like new and was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in a closet. Our flight was early and Carole was very kind to check us in before 1pm.

Negative: We liked everything. The comfort of this place and location. Ferry was less then 5 minutes walking and two restaurants near by. Pool was a nice option to have along with swimming in a Harbor. We enjoyed the water view having afternoon tea. Breakfast was nice in a beautiful library. We would definitely come back.
