Positive: Beautiful location with stunning surroundings. Very well maintained and clean throughout. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. Staff was extremely cooperative and helpful. Hospitality made the stay even more comfortable. 24-hour hot water was a great convenience. Rooms were neat and nicely arranged. The resort felt safe and well managed. A perfect place to unwind and relax.

Negative: However, restaurant lacked room service. This was a bit inconvenient during the stay. Umbrellas were not available during rain. Food quality was good but prices were high. Overall, a great experience with minor drawbacks.
