Summary: Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!
