Summary: This was a great spot for my teenage son and I. Great restaurants that we could walk to. We spent a long weekend in Austin and this was a good location.

Summary: The place was clean and spotless included all the things needed. The l8cation itself was 15 to 20 mins from most attractions. Nearby restaurants and quiet neighborhood. Owner was prompt and responsive. Property had a small grass area pefect for dogs. Short and sweet weekend away.

Summary: I came up for my Son's college Parent weekend. The place is perfectly situated 3 miles north of the UT Campus and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable. The property is super modern and clean and situated in a nice little neighborhood . I will definitely stay again soon.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious enough w/ great closet or luggage space. The air conditioner worked really well. The water heater needs to be turn up just a bit, but the water wasn't cold by any means. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, but I don't cook when on vacation. The refrigerated drawers were perfect for our left overs. Neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are very friendly. It is walking distance to restaurants and stores. The decor is retro and modern at the same time. Overall a very relaxing, visually attractive space with no clutter.
