Positive: The room is spacious and well presented The parking was free

Negative: It had the basic requirements for a room but no extras. No access to fridge or tea/coffee facilities. No glassware in the room to use for drinking. One small blanket for added warmth. Just the added amenities that bring comfort to a stay were lacking. Also the breakfast was very basic and minimal. Pre-packaged pastries, cake, biscuits and no jam/butter. It was the most sparse breakfast we’ve been offered at a b&b over 2 weeks of travelling Italy.

Positive: The breakfast was basic Italian. However if you wanted eggs or breakfast meats they will provide them. The hosts were lovely and attentive. The property was lovely. The room was spacious enjoyed having a bathtub Handy to grocery stores.

Negative: The room could have had a tea and coffee facility and a small fridge. Also it would be nice to have water and wine glasses. In the room.

Positive: The place is stunning. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view on the Rome and surrounding nature. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. We are amazed by the hosts’ hospitality and helpfulness when our car broke down. The home-made pastries and honey which we had for the breakfast were wonderful! Our only regret is that we stayed only for two nights there.

Positive: Wonderful family owned B&B. We enjoyed a lot staying here. Very spacious room. Very clean. Views from the windows are just magnificent. Very well recommended.

Negative: There are no air conditioner, so during the hot summer timing can be to hot to sleep.

Negative: The location is in an area where there is not enough phone reception and we were informed about it during check-in, however the Wi-Fi was not very good. Only sweet breakfast. We would have liked some salty options as well.

Positive: We enjoyed the calm & beautiful area a lot. The rooms were very spacious and clean and super new. Chicken roam around feely in the huge and nice garden (unfortunately no place to sit in the garden).

Negative: The breakfast included a lot of plastic wrapped food and wasn’t very rich. We would have appreciated a bit of understanding when we asked to check out 1 hour later, but we felt like being kicked out.
