Positive: Hotel has a good view and great host, all clean and tasty breakfast. Location is not easy to get to, with bags. It’s on the hill. The host was very kind and helped to arrange our arrival.
Negative: Only difficulties to find and get to this location.

Negative: The property manager, Carlotta, was harassing me from day 1 until end. My friend spoke Italian to her. She lied about a young neighbor helping me with the 29 rocky steps and I should tip him. I told her it was not true. I asked about the WiFi connection and didn't answer until last day. She is rude, nosy, opinionated about all guests, intrusive. I like the property but the owners should consider removing this awful employee. I will contact Booking personally. My friend & I have extensive experience traveling worldwide, Carlotta ironically asking about it. I never seen a worst experience than this. I would appreciate Booking.com contact me as soon as possible. I suggest owners fire this woman who has no sense in customer service and tourism business. Thank you Eugenia A. Positive: The owners of this property, Daniela and Paulo, are amazing. They made us feel so welcome and at home. The accommodation has a beautiful garden with wonderful views. They obviously work very hard to maintain the standards both inside the property and in the garden. Paulo is always happy to give you advise on the area. The accommodation is situated on the outskirts of Como but there is a bus stop a very short walk down a lane with stunning views. The buses are regular and cheap and it's a short ride to the Lake. There is a swimming pool which unfortunately they were just getting ready for the summer season but if we went when the pool was open we agreed that we would happily spend all day in the garden. The breakfast was served in their lovely, comfortable lounge dining room. Daniela makes sure that the serving plates are topped up. On our last day we needed a taxi to get to the station but because there was a problem Paulo took us there in his car. So kind. The lady who works for them and does the cleaning is lovely and will go out of her way to help you. Thank you Paulo and Daniela for adding so much to our holiday.
