Positive: We absolutely loved the apartment! We were traveling, combining a business trip with a small vacation. We had our 6-year-old daughter with us. We were very pleased with our choice of the apartment. Spacious, cozy, with high ceilings, and well-equipped – it was the perfect place for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything necessary, including an impressive array of tableware and new appliances, such as an oven, microwave, large dishwasher, and capsule coffee maker. We were genuinely touched by the hospitality of the apartment owner. In the fridge, we found a bottle of wine, mineral water, and even ice cream. The capsules for the coffee machine, tea, salt, and sugar left for us were very helpful. In the apartment there are two well-furnished rooms, a clothes dryer, an iron, and an ironing board, and a spacious balcony. The bedroom had a comfortable double bed, the other room had a sofa suitable for also cozy sleeping. Exterior shutters on the windows allowed for uninterrupted sleep at any time of the day. We also appreciated the convenient location of the apartment – close to the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Another advantage was the free parking right in front of the entrance in the courtyard. A small playground was just a 5–7-minute walk away. Near the apartment, there were grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. By the way, there is an excellent 24-hour supermarket in the city of Como, which is very handy if you arrive late at night. The apartment also had various informational brochures with a map of the city of Como and the surroundings of Lake Como, the boat schedule, and other useful information. The owner was very friendly and attentive, helping with any questions we had. He explained in detail and sent a video instruction on how to find the apartment and how to get the key from the special box right at the door, which was very important since we were checking in at night. The 24-hour check-in option was also a decisive factor for us.
