Positive: The house is very cosy, very friendly. Every space is perfectly used, optimal interior design. The house is at a beautiful and calm location. Very well equipped. The most friendly host I've ever met.

Negative: We felt a littly risky to get to the house on narrow mountain roads. It is 8 km from the highway, but it felt a lot longer. Going down was much better.

The host, Filippo, was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome from the beginning. He generously prepared a delicious breakfast for us, which we really enjoyed and appreciated. His hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience.

Positive: The house is located in high in the mountain and has a very cozy forest house style. The kids especially loved the projector and the screen to watch YouTube (and we had some silence 🤐). The host took great care of us and prepared everything for our arrival. The fireplace was ready for us and the breakfast was ready. We loved walking around the lake of castello de alpi. It’s a 40 minutes walk with nice views of the lake and a big bench for photos.

Positive: This beautiful house on the Appennino at 1000m offers a truly unforgettable stay. The three upstairs double bedrooms and the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor provide plenty of space for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the versatile indoor and outdoor spaces cater to any occasion. Surrounded by majestic oaks and stunning trees, each window reveals breathtaking views of the natural beauty around you. The surprise of the outdoor hot tub made our experience even more special — a perfect touch for unwinding and enjoying the tranquility.

Negative: We enjoyed every single second of the stay. Having a second shower in the house would help and I'm sure Filippo (the fantastic host) is already aware of it and thinking about a solution.

Positive: Host is very nice and helpful who left more than enough food and drink in the kitchen for our stay. The house is decorated very good and equipped with good facilities. Although a little bit far from Bologna, it’s a great place to get away from city and enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the mountain. Temperature is 10 degrees lower than in the cities which is a really a good plus in hot summer days.

Positive: The property is really beautiful and everything around is just a dream. You drive through mountains to reach the property in a quiet area with only 2 or 3 houses. You can hear the birds singing in the morning.

Negative: Very low Wi-Fi speed because the internet is available through a modem that uses cellular data. It was not a problem for us but if you don't like insects prepare for them because this house is near a forest and you might see some cute little spiders around the house 🫢
