Positive: It was a cute apartment with a wonderful breakfast supplied by our hosts who served us and gave us helpful ideas/tips. They worked hard to make sure our short stay was nice. It was clean and comfortable.

Negative: We were there specifically to see the old coliseum and gladiator museum. Had we known how difficult it would be to get there from this location (and to/from the main train station), we would've booked in Santa Maria Vetere which we found out after the fact was more ideally located. That was our only difficulty, was that it was not conveniently located for us. We did not have a car, perhaps it wouldn't have been such a challenge for us with a private vehicle.

Summary: The property was nice, and great hosts...location a challenge for us

Positive: The host is genuinely friendly, accommodating hospitable and strives to make his guests as welcome as possible. There is a choice of a traditional Italian or a delicious copious savoury breakfast which is exceptional. Although the building is located on a noisy busy street, the courtyard facing rooms are very quiet and generally comfortable and clean. The B&B is close to restaurants, shops and the centro storico which has some interesting architecture

Negative: The bus and train stations are some 20 minutes walk away

Summary: Exceptionally hospitable host, clean, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Recommended.
