Positive: Location is very good. Only 20 minutes to the city center by foot. Arie was very helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. We received everything we asked for.

Negative: The price was a bit high from my perspective, but good vs other accomodation facilities in Utrecht.

Positive: The host was very kind. I had no idea, but I better room than the one I'd booked became available and so he upgraded me at no extra charge. I had an entire suite to myself — with a kitchen and balcony. It was really a nice house and very centrally located.
