Positive: Loved the location and was easy access to public transport, and walking distance to historical centre. Was in a great neighbourhood and the property felt very secure. There is free parking opposite about 100 meters away if you are lucky enough to grab a spot. Otherwise there is paid parking close by.
Negative: The chemicals used to clean the room were extremly strong and overpowering, which was fixed by opening the window for some time. Perhaps the property could look at alternative options for cleaning? (It was spotless and very clean )
Summary: I had a fantastic stay in the beautiful city of Florence. As artist and writer found it inspiring.

Positive: The room itself was lovely — beautifully decorated, very clean, with stylish lighting and warm hot water
Negative: Early checkout and being told at check-in that there was no luggage storage made things very inconvenient for travellers. The place doesn’t feel like a real hotel — it’s more like a private host renting out rooms online. We never saw any staff during our stay except for the cleaner. When we arrived, we rang the doorbell, and it seemed someone was watching through a camera, as the door was unlocked remotely.
Summary: Nice Room, but Strict Check-Out and No Luggage Storage
