Positive: Great rooms off the courtyard in the basement but had lovely vaulted ceilings and their own patio area. Super roof top terrace where we had a glass of Prosecco watching the sunset. 15 minute walk to the centre of Florence. Lovely indoor pool!

Negative: Id only say for 12 euros per adult and 8 euros per child, the breakfast was quite expensive for what you get and can choose from.

Positive: Beds were very comfortable, two pillows provided which were also very comfortable. Room was spacious - plenty of room for three of us, it never felt crowded. Clean towels every day. The pool, jacuzzi & outdoor terrace are a real treat! Everything is within walking distance, but there are plenty of bus routes to choose from too.
Negative: The shower in the bathroom was very difficult to manage, the shower door was leaking and the whole bathroom floor was soaked. We managed to figure out a way to use it without soaking the bathroom floor eventually.

Positive: Hotel is just outside of ZTL and has parking available to park the car, cost of the parking per day is 25euro which is reasonable given it's in the city. The room is clean and well maintained. Hotel also has the water fountain to fill still or sparkling water, this is very nice. Breakfast has good selection and staff very nice. We are very happy with the stay.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a large room, and there was a peaceful element to the whole place. The staff were nice and accommodating, and we were given free water throughout. We also had our own little terrace too. The indoor pool was also a nice break from all the sightseeing. There is also a rooftop jacuzzi at an extra cost which we enjoyed.
Negative: It's not the property's fault, but the ongoing road works in front of the hotel made it difficult for us to walk to our sights or get a taxi. Taxi drivers also had to take detours to drive us back. One thing which bothered me was the constant presence of normal and flying ants in our room, especially in the bathroom. We were at -1 level and the property has a garden, so this is probably why it happened, but it was a bit tedious nonetheless.
