Positive: Out of the way and working horse ranch. Not really into horses but really enjoyed looking around the yard and watching some of the lessons before departing the nest day. Good breakfast and all staff very friendly. Rooms and upstairs remarkably clean as in middle of farm. Owner did make me laugh when informing me that previous reviewers had commented that it smells of horses.....what do they expect a horse farm to smell like?
Negative: To use shower and WC you have to go out into corridor to access. At the time not ideal for me but would be fine if my circumstances were different and not really a negative point against the property.
Summary: Very enjoyable and would certainly recommend to anyone who likes horses.

Positive: Room was large and comfortable. Kitchen facilities meant I could cook my own meals a few times rather than going out every night, There are restaurants within walking distance. The shared showers were clean. There were deer in the field if you looked carefully. And horses. The location is brilliant if you have a car and want to use as a central point, and most of the Netherlands is within an hours drive.
Negative: I was the only guest and travelling on my own I hoped to have others in the accommodation to share experiences, find where they'd visited, etc.
Summary: Countryside accommodation great as central hub to see the Netherlands

Positive: Clean toilet. Clean bathroom. Towels. It's a place where people are training to ride horses and there is this vibe of people wanting to get better at what they do! People are friendly and helpful for you to have a nice stay.
Negative: The kitchen was filthy. It is shared with other guests. The breakfast was put in the fridge the day before. The cheese and salami were utterly disgusting. The bread was stale. It's very noisy because of horse riding contest. People working there have very little info or knowledge hoe to assist you. Even though friendly. Around 6 am a tractor was doing its business and woke me up. Pillow and bedding are of real poor quality. The room I had was hot because of the sun and it's not possible to open the window to ventilate.
Summary: overpriced for what you get.

Positive: Lovely B&B on a horse farm/riding centre. Staff were great and super helpful. I left my tablet here and they arranged getting it posted to a friend in Amsterdam for me! Good sized room, comfy beds and well equipped shared kitchen.

Negative: The rooms were not soundproof at all. Heard everything, luckily it was not so crowded and people rested at an early time. Blanket and pillow were not of good quality.
