Summary: I had a lovely stay at the B&B. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the location could not be better. Right next to the Redwood forest and walking distance or a short Uber away from the city center. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and chats with Vivien and I would pick this B&B again if I come back to Rotorua.

Summary: A place you just want to stay on your trip to New Zealand. We loved everything about it and the location is perfect. Fantastic helpful and eminent host. We enjoyed the breakfast with Vivien and other guests with good conversations around the table. Vivien gave us the best recommendations, ideas and advice for planning some trips, that suited our needs. All over a great stay and super kind and lovely host. Best regards from Charlie and Amanda
