Positive: Beautiful, newly built tiny house with very comfortable bed. Great shower with good pressure and temperature. Coffee and tea included. Friendly host provided us with full-sized gel and shampoo. Free parking.

Negative: Bathroom door is a bit hard to open and close. Noise insulation could be a bit better.
