Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the neighborhood. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so pleasant. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Azat at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything about the area, recommended great places to visit, restaurants, and transportation options, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to thank the young man from Pakistan (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name). He was always smiling, helpful, and very kind. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a great impression on us. The hospitality of the whole team made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
