Positive: Great location just 800 m from the train station that brings you to centre in 15 mins. Location is quiet and with a free parking. Grocery store is nearby.

Negative: Really nothing!

Positive: Good communication with the kind host, Richard. Sheets, floors, table tops looked clean. Nice, quiet location, it also has an outside patio, would have been nice to sit there outside if we stayed longer. Good value for price. Some of the beds were comfortable, the double beds.

Negative: Unfortunately, there ia some wear and tear visible on the sheets and furniture. Would be helpful to be able to easily open the window in the bathroom for some fresh air. One of the single beds was very squicky.
